Our health care efforts focus around the delivery of care, the payment of care, and health care technology. We are focused on areas in which we believe great change is needed, including but not limited to, cost containment, administrative waste and inefficiencies, clinical redundancies, eHealth initiatives, ROI driven approaches, new services, and payment/transaction technologies. Claritas is interested in these health care themes for start-up, growth, or acquisition-focused businesses. We’ve experience with financing and supporting successful health care companies such as PhyCor, Symbion, and WebMD.

Information Services
Our information services investment strategy focuses on payments and transaction processing, the emergence of digital media and marketing, software-as-a-service, communication services, and other disruptive technologies. The Southeast has a strong presence of experienced operators in the media, publishing, and transaction processing industries, all of which are experiencing changes via disruptive technologies or innovative business models. Claritas works closely with entrepreneurs developing technologies addressing digital media and marketing; digital publishing; mobile media access; and large, scalable, software transaction platforms, among others. Our history in information services investing includes supporting or being affiliated with successful companies such as iPayment, PMT Services, @plan, Inforum, CellCall, and Regent Communications.
