Walter De Brouwer is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University, the Chair of Decentralized Clinical Trials at IEEE, a General Partner at Claritas Media & Entertainment, and the Chief Scientific Officer at Sharecare Inc. He is a director of Snowcrash Inc, LA-based web3 company funded by Sony and UMG. Together with the Bob Dylan family he set up NeonSniper, a Metaverse Studio, located in Beverly Hills.

As a serial entrepreneur, he took part in the creation of over 35 companies, including two that became publicly traded through Initial Public Offering. His name is on 53 patents (24 expired) in 3 continents.
