As Executive Director at Claritas Capital, Caroline Hipps leads the firm’s capital raising efforts and serves as the primary point of contact for new and prospective investors. She plays a central role in connecting Claritas with RIAs, family offices, fund platforms, and strategic partners to drive long-term growth across both the firm’s venture and real estate investment strategies.

Caroline works closely with Claritas’s leadership, investment, and operations teams to align fundraising initiatives with broader platform objectives. Her work spans capital markets access, investor communications, brand positioning, and the design of investor experiences that reflect the firm’s values and long-term vision.

Prior to joining Claritas, Caroline served as Chief Operating Officer of Wellspire Center, a premier corporate venue in Nashville, where she led strategic operations and secured high-profile partnerships with Amazon, AllianceBernstein, HCA, and others. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in enterprise sales and contract development, serving Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

Caroline holds a Master of Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She was an all-time NCAA leader in three-point shooting percentage and coached women’s basketball at her alma mater.

A civic leader and relationship builder at heart, Caroline serves on the board and executive committee of the Nashville Sports Council and is passionate about supporting values-driven organizations where people and performance thrive.
