& Conversation
You are invited to join a presentation featuring CodeTogether, an early-stage portfolio company of Claritas Capital. Co-founders Tim Webb and Alison Silverstein will discuss the company's vision, market opportunity, growth strategy, and plans for scaling the business.
Claritas Capital is proud to provide limited partners with access to select investment opportunities at pivotal stages where we have strong conviction in a company's potential to create meaningful value. Since 2013, we have offered co-investment opportunities alongside our core investment activities, and we are now formally introducing these offerings under the brand of "Claritas Access Series." This series is designed to give investors access to the leadership team building an innovative, category-defining software platform operating at the intersection of AI and enterprise software engineering, focused on transforming productivity and accelerating software development workflows.

Enterprise engineering teams are under more pressure than ever — AI restructuring, offshore complexity, and budget cuts are forcing organizations to prove productivity. CodeTogether is the only platform that delivers objective, real-time visibility into what engineering teams are actually building. The tailwinds couldn't be stronger.
Customers like Claritev's Chief Digital Officer have called it "essential" and "nothing quite like it in the market." A 1-year case study shows 59% improvement in issue throughput and 48% growth in active development time. A leading global banking institution piloted via SaaS and migrated to on-premise — the classic enterprise adoption arc, already playing out.
The company is in active pilots across 5 enterprise accounts (including a leading global consulting firm, whose full deployment potential exceeds $5M), and $1.3M in late-stage discovery, the pipeline is material and growing. The company has clear line of sight to $2M ARR, the inflection point that unlocks Series A interest from institutional investors.
The company is executing simultaneously on high-value enterprise accounts — including global financial institutions and a leading professional services firm — and a new self-service SaaS channel targeting engineering managers directly — no procurement cycle, credit card purchase. Two engines of growth, one compounding flywheel.
The founders are running a milestone-gated growth model: hiring and marketing investment expand only as revenue targets are hit. Claritas Capital led a $3M priced financing round designed to activate this plan over the next 12–18 months. We are making $500,000 of that round available exclusively to our limited partners — capital deployed with clear purpose and accountability at every stage.
Claritas Capital led a Series Seed Preferred financing round that was oversubscribed — a strong signal of conviction in the company and its trajectory. The $500,000 being offered to Claritas limited partners is part of that round, with final funding targeted by end of July. Investors are welcome to participate in the SPV at a minimum of $25,000.
"If a technology organization is committed to accurately measuring and enhancing the efficiency of its software development, CodeTogether is an essential tool. There's nothing quite like it in the market."
— Michael Kim, EVP & Chief Digital OfficerTim leads product vision and enterprise strategy, guiding CodeTogether's expansion from a powerful deep-tech core into a streamlined, enterprise-ready platform with immediate time-to-value for customers.
Alison leads go-to-market and strategic accounts, driving CodeTogether's engagement with the world's largest organizations while building the operational infrastructure for scale.
Space is limited for this intimate gathering. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Following the presentation, Claritas Capital will introduce the co-investment SPV — $500,000 of a Claritas-led $3M priced round made available exclusively to limited partners, with checks ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
