Daniel Schneider is a Senior Associate at Claritas Capital, where he supports the firm’s investment and portfolio management activities across its private equity and real estate strategies. He partners with leadership and portfolio company management to drive financial analysis and strategic initiatives that enhance performance and long-term value. He brings a hands-on investment and capital markets background, with experience spanning transaction execution, alternative investments, and real asset strategy.

Prior to joining Claritas Capital, Daniel was a Senior Associate at Ryman Hospitality Properties (NYSE: RHP), a publicly traded hospitality and entertainment REIT, where he supported strategic acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management initiatives. Earlier in his career, Daniel worked at UBS in Capital Markets Advisory within the firm’s Global Asset Management division, where he supported equity, derivatives, and fixed income trading, as well as the alternative investments platform. He began his career in commercial real estate, focusing on mixed-use development and retail and industrial brokerage.

Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance with an International Business concentration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina Honors College. Outside of work, Daniel is involved with Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee and the Nashville Wine Auction, benefitting the fight against cancer. He is an avid snowboarder and surfer, enjoys staying active outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
