Francis is a Principal at Claritas Capital. His primary responsibilities include supporting Claritas Capital Real Estate as it relates to all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, fund operations, asset management, construction/rehab oversight, and investor relations. He brings a hands-on development background and a collaborative approach to his work at Claritas, with experience spanning development, construction, and institutional project delivery.

Francis earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi. After graduating, he began his career in construction and development roles in St. Louis. In 2016, Francis relocated to Nashville to join CBRE, where he served as Senior Project Manager on large-scale corporate headquarters and ground-up developments. Prior to joining Claritas Capital, Francis was a Development Manager and Partner at Wilson Pike Development, where he specialized in single-tenant build-to-suit (NNN) retail projects across multiple states.

Francis is active in the Nashville community where he serves as the chair of the Green Hills YMCA advisory board, among other endeavors. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
