Jordan is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Claritas Capital where he oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, related administration, regulatory, and compliance.  He is a member of Claritas’ Executive Committee as well as a member of the Investment Committee for both the Venture and Real Estate divisions.

Prior to Claritas Capital, Jordan spent eight years working in the tax department for Tenet Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company, where he helped transition Tenet through their $4.3BN acquisition of Vanguard Health Systems, Inc., as well as assisted with tax preparation and planning for corporations and partnerships across the U.S. and abroad.

Jordan grew up in Lexington, KY and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Transylvania University. When he is not working or coaching one of his son’s flag football teams, Jordan enjoys playing golf, real estate investing, and helping his wife, Ellie, attempt to keep up with their three young sons.  He also serves on a couple charitable boards with a focus on childhood development.
