With 20 years in business development, she brings a balanced perspective shaped by working with both operators and investors.

Before Claritas, Leah led business development for Insperity Nashville and previously built Her Story of Success, facilitating high‑impact events and hosting a global podcast featuring women leaders worldwide.

She leads the Steering Committee of WAVE Nashville, mentors entrepreneurs through Corner to Corner, and has served with organizations including YWCA Nashville, The Tomorrow Fund, and Hands On Nashville. Leah is a recipient of the CABLE Spirit of Leadership Award and a Nashville Emerging Leader finalist.
